Mainland UK Delivery

UK Saver Delivery (Mainland UK)

Orders placed using our UK Saver Delivery service usually arrive within 2–5 working days after your order is placed.

Please note that Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.

UK Next Working Day Delivery (Mainland UK)
Order before 2pm, Monday to Friday to qualify for next working day delivery.

Orders placed using this service are normally processed and dispatched on the same working day, ready for delivery on the next working day. You will usually receive an SMS and/or email on the morning of delivery with a one-hour delivery time slot.

Please note that delivery can take place anytime between 8am and 5pm.

Delivery Examples

Orders placed on Monday before 2pm
Processed and dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Orders placed on Monday after 2pm
Processed and dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.

Orders placed on Friday before 2pm
Processed and dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday, the next available working day.

Orders placed on Friday after 2pm
Processed and dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday, the next available working day.

Extended Delivery Areas

Please note that for the Next Day Delivery service, the following areas may take 3–5 working days:

• Channel Islands
• Highlands & Islands of Scotland
• Shetland Islands

Bank Holidays are excluded.
Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
