    3. Orders

    When you place an order on our website, this is an offer to purchase goods from us.

    • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.
    • Your order is accepted only when we dispatch the goods to you.
    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if the item is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

    4. Prices and Payment

    • All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).
    • Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT where applicable.
    • Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.
    • Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched.

    If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

    5. Delivery

    Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

    • We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.
    • Delays may occur during busy periods, due to courier issues, weather conditions, or events outside our control.
    • Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address you provided.

    Please check your order as soon as possible after delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, if items are missing, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly.

    6. Your Right to Cancel

    If you are buying as a consumer, you have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

    • You must tell us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you want to cancel.
    • After telling us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
    • Returned items must be sent back in accordance with our Returns Policy.

    This right to cancel does not apply to goods that are excluded by law from cancellation rights, including sealed items which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, where applicable. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

    7. Returns and Refunds

    Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

    • If you cancel within the legal cancellation period and return the goods in line with our policy, we will refund you in accordance with UK consumer law.
    • If you return an item because it is faulty, not as described, or incorrect, your statutory rights apply.
    • Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

    We may reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

    8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

    Under UK consumer law, goods must be:

    • of satisfactory quality;
    • fit for purpose; and
    • as described.

    If the goods you receive are faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue appropriately.

    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

    9. Promotions and Discount Codes

    From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, or special offers.

    • Promotions are valid only for the time stated.
    • Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
    • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time where reasonably necessary.

    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

    Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or the purchase of goods for non-personal use.

    We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, epidemic, pandemic, fire, accident, or interruption to supply chains or courier services.
