Returns and Refunds
At Lashra Fashion, we want you to shop with confidence. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights when shopping with us and how to return items purchased from www.lashra.com.
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
1. Your Legal Right to Cancel
If you are buying as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
- You must tell us within 14 days of delivery that you want to cancel.
- Once you have told us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
- If you cancel within this legal period, we will refund you in accordance with UK consumer law.
This right to cancel may not apply to certain goods excluded by law, such as sealed items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, where applicable.
2. Our 30-Day Returns Policy
In addition to your legal cancellation rights, Lashra Fashion offers a 30-day returns policy for unwanted items from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- returned within 30 days of delivery;
- unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- in a resalable condition;
- free from make-up marks, deodorant stains, perfume scents, or damage; and
- returned with all original tags and labels attached.
Please take reasonable care when trying on items. We may reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and fit.
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
- Repack the item securely in the same condition you received it.
- Include your sales invoice or order details inside the parcel.
- Please note the reason for return on your invoice or include a short note in the parcel.

Please obtain proof of postage or proof of return and keep it until your refund has been processed.
4. Return Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrectly sent, the cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility.
If you cancel within your legal 14-day cancellation period, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we state otherwise.
5. Refunds
Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
- If you paid using PayPal, your refund will be made to your PayPal account.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back, or within 14 days of you providing proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
For returns made under our extended 30-day returns policy, refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after the goods have been received and inspected.
6. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Misdescribed Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the issue.
Under UK consumer law, goods must be:
- of satisfactory quality;
- fit for purpose; and
- as described.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights. This may include a refund, repair, replacement, and reimbursement of applicable delivery charges where required.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we only offer exchanges for items that are faulty, damaged, incorrectly sent, or where otherwise agreed by our customer service team.
If you would prefer a refund for an unwanted item, please return it in line with this policy.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, some items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page or at the time of purchase.
