These orders will arrive between 2-5 working days after placing your order. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are NOT classed as working days.

UK NEXT WORKING DAY (MAINLAND UK) - Order before 2pm (Monday to Friday only)

These orders are shipped with and should arrive the next working day if ordered before 2pm. You will receive a SMS and/or Email on the morning of your delivery giving you a ONE HOUR time slot for your delivery. Please note, delivery can be any time from 8am-5pm.

Orders received after 2pm or on a non-working day will be processed and dispatched on the NEXT WORKING DAY, ready for delivery the NEXT WORKING DAY.

For example:

• Orders received on a Monday BEFORE 2pm will be processed and dispatched on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday.
• Orders received on a Monday AFTER 2pm will be processed and dispatched on Tuesday, ready for next day delivery on Wednesday.
• Orders received on a Friday BEFORE 2pm will be processed and dispatched on Friday to be delivered on Monday (the next available working day).
• Orders received on a Friday AFTER 2pm will be processed and dispatched on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday (the next available working day).
• Please note of the Next Day delivery service, the following areas may take 3-5 working days: Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, and the Shetland Islands.
